Oak Tree Gang Disappointed In Play, Confident In Course

The Oak Tree gang, a group of professional golfers that call Oak Tree National home, had a tough week playing in the US Senior Open on their home course.

All of the Oak Tree pro’s had tough weeks at home, but seemed confident that Oak Tree National could host some additional pro golf tournaments in the future.

Bob Tway had the best tournament of the group, finishing 10 strokes over par and tying for 43rd overall.

Tway had his best day of golf in the last round, but was frustrated with his play afterwards.

Willie Wood tied his lowest round of the week with a 73 on Sunday, July 13.

Wood finished tied for 49th at 13 strokes over par.

Dr. Gil Morgan had his worst round of the tournament on the last day, shooting a six over par 77.

Dr. Gil finished tied for 52nd at 14 strokes over par.
