Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant will be out at least a week after undergoing a procedure on his right foot to alleviate soreness that’s been bothering him in recent weeks.
The Thunder issued a statement on Sunday afternoon, February 22 addressing Durant’s situation.
Thunder executive vice president and general manager Sam Presti was quoted in the statement as follows:
The Thunder host the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night, Feb. 22.
Durant did not play on Saturday night in a win at Charlotte.
He has missed 28 games this season due to injuries.
