The final hole on the US Senior Open is called the “The Plateau” and it is a par 4, 470 yards.
Bob Barry Jr. says “this hole is the second longest 4-par on the course. It begins aiming straight into the prevailing south wind and a tee shot landing on a plateau is preferred. The green is big but there is a huge, deep “graveyard” bunker on the right that is difficult to get up-and-down out of. This will be a nice finishing hole for the fans, with the most grandstand seating on the entire golf course.”
